According to Reuters, United Nations Secretary Ban Ki-moon recently called Israel and Hamas to stop the escalating war in the border. In the same manner, United States Secretary of State went to the region with a message that the bombardment is not anybody's interest.

In response to Israel's bombardment of 100 Gaza Strip sites, Hamas has responded with 16 missiles launched targeting Beersheba, a southern Israel city. As of now, 100 Palestinians have died, 27 of which are children, after Israel launched offensive against Hamas.

UN Secretary Ban Ki-moon flew to the region in the hope of ending the escalating war of Gaza Strip. He is also scheduled to talk with Egypt's Islamist President Mohamed Mursi and Arab League chief Nabil Elaraby to discuss possible exit and stop the growing tension of the region.

Prime Minister Netanyahu will be meeting with Secretary Clinton to find a diplomatic path of ending the tension. Clinton is also tasked to talk with Jerusalem, Ramallah and Cairo leaders in the hope of calming the situation and avoid a regional war.

"Before deciding on a ground invasion, the prime minister intends to exhaust the diplomatic move in order to see if a long-term ceasefire can be achieved," said a senior Israel official.

The diplomatic solution will be bent on by Egypt, Cairo, Turkey, Russia and the United States. Islamist President Mursi will play a tremendous role in ending the tension. Mursi is the mentor of Hamas leaders, who was called by Obama to discourage launching of rockets into Israel.

"The two leaders discussed ways to de-escalate the situation in Gaza, and President Obama underscored the necessity of Hamas ending rocket fire into Israel," said the White House.

"In both calls, President Obama expressed regret for the loss of Israeli and Palestinian civilian lives."

Over the past days, Israel has been silent on the attack and the death tools of civilians, including children. It must be noted that Hamas does not recognize the existence of Israel, resulting to a long freud between them. Israel, United States, European Union, and their allies consider Hamas as terrorist organization.

"Hamas and the others, they're our sons and our brothers, we're fingers on the same hand. They fight for us and are martyred, they take losses and we sacrifice too," a woman whose home was blasted said.

Polls among Israel showed 80% supporting assault on Gaza, but only 30% percent support the attack on most civilians.
