According to the The Hindu, a strong earthquake rocked Eastern Indonesia, but no reports on damages and casualties yet.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has raised the "very small possibility" of tsunami near the epicenter of the earthquake. Indonesia's meteorologists and geophysics center did not consider the earthquake tsunami-generating.
Reports of US Geological Survey said that the earthquake's epicenter was 108 km north of Dobo on Aru Island with a depth of 2 kilometers. The quake was measured at magnitude 6.7.
